Participants Attending In-Person
In-person participants will be given the option to participate in one low-dose oral ketamine-assisted guided group session.
*Costs for the medical evaluation and prescription, as well as scheduling this appointment, are the participant’s responsibility.
You may schedule your medical evaluation appointment with a psychiatric nurse practitioner, Emily Van Os, or another ketamine prescriber of your choice.

*Please note that participation in the ketamine facilitation is not guaranteed, as it is based on the discretion of the medical providers’s assessment during your medical evaluation. Contraindications that would prohibit participation in the ketamine facilitation include, but are not limited to:
*High Levels of Anxiety (fears of being out of control)
*Unprocessed PTSD
*Bi-polar Disorder
*Borderline Personality Disorder
*History of Psychosis
*Schizophrenia (or family relative with this diagnosis)
*History of Suicidal Ideation
*Substance Use Disorder
*Obsessive Compulsive Disorder
*Heart Disease or Hypertension
*Seizure Disorder
*Pregnancy or Breastfeeding
*If you feel you would not meet the criteria for participation in this low-dose psycholitic ketamine group experience, we advise you to participate in the experience as a deep immersion guided breath work. There is still great value in this form of non-ordinary experience as a part of learning to facilitate clients’ KAP experiences.
